I thought you might find this interesting;

I was asked the other day where I got my sandals from and had to laugh to myself before telling where I got them, and more to the point, when I got them... Once asked, I had to confess that my trusty sandals were purchased while on holiday in Napier nearly 17 years ago! I remember it well as it was the first holiday I had since my children were born. At the time it was a lot of money for me to buy the shoes, but I loved them, so splashed out. Turns out it was money very well spent as I still wear them regularly, and they are as comfy and styley as back then. I might get a brown pair when these wear out, I'll probably be waiting a while....

Yes I did get my shoes & yes I love them!  EVERYONE has been asking where I got them & I have directed them to your website (although I am aware those particular pair are not on the website). 

This pair is my 6th pair of Soul Shoes & my hubby owns 3 pair currently although is in the market in the not-so-distant future for another pair for summer, so I'll let you know when the time comes.  Oh & even my 6 year old has a pair of red kids mushrooms which you guys made specially for her back in the winter time when we visited Raglan.

Just ordered my Raglans and anxiously await their arrival. Here's how I learned about your shop. Recently, a dear surfer friend showed me his beat-up, loved-to-the-max Raglans and described how he found them at this odd surf shop in NZ while he was bike touring and surfing there. This was about 1980.

He waxed on about the shoes, which were obviously superb, even as they had hit the end of their road, and made me want a pair. We both struggle with sweaty feet and covet the >>perfect<< all-leather shoe. But, he didn't think they could be found anymore, at least not of that quality. A little "surfing" proved him happily incorrect! So, 30+ years down the pipe and you have a new customer and I'm updating my friend, also, so you'll still have the old one! Maybe I'll visit Raglan someday in my Raglans and relive the original discovery! Cheers...
